These terms apply to your use of https://flth.co.za/ and to attendance at FLTH events.

Age

This website and our events are strictly for people aged 18 and over. By using this site you confirm you are 18 or older. Valid photo ID is required at the door, with no exceptions.

Adult content

This site describes a fetish event for men and contains adult themes and imagery. If that is not lawful where you are, or you do not wish to see it, please leave.

Tickets

Tickets are sold through FIXR. Your contract for the ticket is with FIXR, and their terms apply to the purchase. Our ticket and refund policy sets out what happens at our end.

Entry

A ticket is permission to ask for entry, not a guarantee of it. Entry is subject to the code of conduct and dress code, and management reserves the right to refuse entry or to remove anyone from the event.

The website

We try to keep event details accurate and up to date, but dates, venues, line-ups and prices can change. Check this site or our social channels before travelling.

All text, photography, the FLTH name and the FLTH logo belong to us. Do not reuse them without asking.

Liability

You attend our events at your own risk. We are not liable for loss or damage to your property, including items left at coat check, or for anything that happens between attendees. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act.

Law

These terms are governed by South African law.
